Vinification:
Cold skin maceration, followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a temperature of
14°C. In aging, the wine remains during aging in a stainless steel tank with its fine lees, in order to ensure some complexity and natural longevity of the wine.
It was a difficult harvest, especially to interpret the maturation of the white grapes, but we managed to harvest it with good acidity and avoid large concentrations of sugar.
The whites, while in the vintage were very closed, now appear full of vibrant and seductive aromas.
