Vinification:
Maceration in a press and closed tank, with temperature control (20-22ºC) Aging and released for at least 7 years after harvest, this wine is then bottled every year.
The Moscatel Reserva da Quinta do Portal ages in old oak casks, in the style of Old Tawnies.
