Maceration in Lagar and closed stainless steel tank, with temperature control (24-26ºC). Stage: Four years in old unfiltered wooden casks.
With budding in the last week of March, the cycle started slowly. Despite the great availability of water in the soil, the vegetative cycle developed slowly, given
the low temperatures of May and June. Summer was characterized by being very hot and dry. Thus, and after a good flowering and setting, the vineyard suffered at the end of August with the lack of available water, especially in the lower altitude vines.
