This is the sweetest white Port category. Taking into account the amount of residual sugar , this wine tends to gain auburn and oxidized colors, but it should keep the fruitiness and freshness enough to balance the alcohol and sugar.
With golden tones, this tear has an intense fruity orange peel, with a strong honey component and nuts such as nuts. In the mouth it is deliciously sweet without becoming heavy. It is fresh, and has great complexity, structure and fragrance.

Vinification:
Fermentation with maceration at a temperature of 24-26ºC. Aging with an average of 3 years aging in old barrels.
Quinta do Portal has its properties in the Cima-Corgo sub-region, which has been very balanced in terms of resistance to climate change. With 5 properties, Quinta do Portal, Quinta do Confradeiro, Quinta dos Muros, Quinta da Abelheira
and Quinta das Manuelas, has a total useful area of vines of around 100ha, which, given the different altitudes, exposures and different varieties, generate the excellence of the raw material (grapes) for the various wines produced.
