Vinification:
Partial fermentation in a stainless steel tank, with finishing in old oak casks.
Internship in the same hulls for 20 months.
We managed to harvest the whites with the correct acidity and balance, and as for the reds, some gymnastics was necessary to obtain, on the one hand, grapes with acidity for rosés, good ripeness for reds and excellent concentration for Ports! Yes, there was pressure at harvest, but serenity allowed us to harvest grapes with precision for the desired wines. Expectations were very good.
