This is a young ruby where the intention is to show a pure fruit. We bottle throughout the year so that it has a fresh and full product. A tip: whenever you choose a port with a capsulated stopper, it will be a wine that will be consumed in the short term, not benefiting
with bottle aging.
Named ruby because of its typical color. Good color concentration, red fruit aroma, full in the mouth, well balanced sweet, make this wine an excellent Port in its category.

Vinification:
Maceration at a temperature of approx. of 24-26°C. 3-year internship in wooden vessels.
The cultivation of vines in the Douro, the first Demarcated Region in the world, is lost in the memory of time. Located in the northeast of Portugal, in the hydrographic basin of the River Douro, surrounded by mountains that give it particular characteristics, the region covers a total area of 250,000ha, being divided into three naturally distinct sub-regions.
