This is the least sweet white Port category. Usually drunk as an aperitif, it is a style capable of other flights. Or with tonic in a PORTONIC or as an accompaniment to sweet desserts. An extremely appealing wine that, due to the fact that it has some residual sugar, is responsible for a complete stimulus, which is what one looks for in a wine of this category.
With a citrus color, a bouquet between citruses and mints and dry fruits. It is possible to detect floral aromas in recent traffic jams. Some residual sugar is responsible for the excellent balance and sensuality of this Port. It is in fact an excellent style of Port and revolutionizes a little what is usual in the extra dry ones.

Vinification:
Cold skin maceration in stainless steel vats, followed by fermentation at a temperature
between 18-20°C. Aging and light aging in wood, then remaining in a stainless steel tank to ensure its fruitiness.
The cultivation of vines in the Douro, the first Demarcated Region in the world, is lost in the memory of time. Located in the northeast of Portugal, in the hydrographic basin of the River Douro, surrounded by mountains that give it particular characteristics, the region covers a total area of 250,000ha, being divided into three naturally distinct sub-regions.
