Quinta de Cidrô Cabernet Sauvignon & Touriga Nacional Red is an original blend between portugal’s most emblematic grape variety with one of the best known varieties in the world and responsible for the quality of great wines worldwide, thus giving rise to a wine of fruity aromas and floral notes.
Tasting Notes:
This wine, clean and bright deep ruby color is balanced by an excellent structure, is full-bodied, and the aromas of black fruit, vanilla, tabacco and chocolate reveal a huge potential for evolution in bottle.

Vinification:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, with temperature control. 100% wine aged 18 months in new French oak barrels, 50% new wood and 50% used wood restaurants. Having enormous potential for bottle evolution.
