Vinification:
The fermentation for Quinta das Carvalhas LBV takes place in traditional granite mills with foot steps, for greater extraction, thus ensuring the necessary concentration for this style of Porto. Bottled between the fourth and sixth year after harvest, the Port L.B.V, unlike vintage, benefit from a considerable aging in oak balseiro.
