Vinification:
This wine was produced with grapes coming entirely from Quinta da Romaneira vineyards classified with the letter A, located in the heart of the Douro region. The grapes were crushed using traditional treading and vinified in stainless steel vats. The fermentation temperature ranged between 25-28 ºC.
