The olives used in this product are of the “Douro” variety. Harvest done manually in olive groves with steep slopes.
The Solar dos Dragos extra virgin olive oil in which the olives are submerged acts as a seasoning, but also as a natural preservative, along with the garlic and other seasonings used.
The final result is intended to accompany a meal, bringing to the consumer the notable traits of Mediterranean gastronomic culture.
Production: Once harvested, the olives undergo a natural curing process in tanks designed for this purpose. It is then subjected to a manual selection process, in which the green and black olives are separated. After this process, the olives are mechanically pitted and then packed in olive oil, garlic and other seasonings, giving rise to our final product.
Contains no additives or preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
