From the harmless Biquinho in Brazil, through the famous Jalapeño in Mexico or the feared Bhut Jolokia in India to the ruthless Carolina Reaper in the United States of America. Of these, 20 varieties are used in the production of spicy products and around 500 make up the “Jardim do Fogo” .
