It is at Herdade do Rio Torto, in Alqueva, that this project was born, a passion of the producer for the medronho and for everything that the production of this drink entails. It is through the Medronho Museum that he built that we make known the entire production process, from the characteristics of the medronho to the distillation process and the final product.
