The Honey Vinegar,is a natural product obtained from honey by double fermentation.
In the 1st, the honey is transformed into mead and in the 2nd, the mead is transformed into vinegar. Thus obtaining a natural product, rich in enzymes, because during the entire production process, no temperatures are used that destroy the enzymatic component of the honey.
The honey and plants used, in infusion, are produced in organic production mode. Being rich in enzymes, when used raw, it facilitates digestion.
