The Green Olive Paste Solar dos Dragos is a product that reflects the color and flavor of the olive in its natural greenish tone and very fresh olive aroma. It is a product with a homogeneous texture, in a
evenly distributing small pieces of zeitone throughout the paste.
Olives, after being harvested, undergo a natural curing process in tanks designed for this purpose. It is then subjected to a manual selection process, in which the green and black olives are separated. After this process, the production of the olive paste begins, during which the seasonings are added, as well as the extra virgin olive oil from the Solar dos Dragos brand, which gives it a harmonious combination of fresh flavor and slightly spicy olives.
Pairing: Simply accompanying toast or bread and for use as an ingredient in prepared dishes.
