The Grandjó White is a classic example of the wines produced in the region, this very fresh white has aromatic dimension, structure and acidity, being a great partner for various styles of gastronomy.
Tasting Notes:
In the aroma the tinted acidity emerges by notes of spices. In the mouth stand out the notes of oak snares in the memories of Porto, providing a unique balance and a long and spicy end of mouth.

Vinification:
The grapes are pressed into the pneumatic press and fermentation is followed in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Residual sugar is maintained through a natural process by lowering the temperature, interrupting fermentation. The wine then aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
