Complex olive oil, fruity green and ripe olives, slightly to medium bitter and spicy, with marked notes of green olive leaf and fresh grass and fruits, namely almonds, tomatoes and green bananas, attributes that allow for a diversified gastronomic use. Quite persistent in the mouth.

Production:
In the mill, the oil obtained at low temperatures, extracted by two-phase centrifugation, rested in stainless steel tanks, after which it was filtered and packaged, after being analyzed and classified in an accredited laboratory.
