The White Evel reveals a classic and original style of a duriense white. It is a fresh and aromatic white, but very complex and balanced.
Tasting Notes:
Citrine color with a natural brightness characteristic of the whites of the region. Lots of aromatic complexity of floral notes and white fruit, demonstrating an excellent crispy acidity along with fruity flavors that provide a long and fresh end of tasting.

Vinification:
The grapes are harvested in perfect ripening conditions where the aromatic component, freshness, minerality and acidity are sought. The varieties Viosinho, Rabigato, Fernão Pires and Moscatel Galego, are vinified individually in stainless steel vats, interning in them until the bottling.
