Cinnamon Mead – Runas Hidromel

It is a mead with a much appreciated and characteristic flavor and smell of cinnamon, with a toasted yellow color that shows the origin of its flavor, it is the true taste of the Gods.

It is a mead suitable for summer and hot temperatures, largely one of the most appreciated for its characteristics.

Handcrafted in Amarante by the producer Runas Hidromel, it has a pure taste, with a toasted yellow color and a classic sweet smell.

Winemaking:
Mead Runas is a fermented alcoholic beverage based on exclusively natural honey, which is the basis of mead and the vital importance of high quality.
Alcohol is naturally produced and results from the fermentation of yeasts selected for mead, thus originating an alcoholic strength without any addition of wine or artificial alcohol, production uses artisanal methods and materials, with no industrial procedures being applied in its production, hence the lots are small in size.
