At Quinta do Piri-Piri & Co., coming from Albufeira, the most diverse Piri-Piris plants from the 4 corners of the World are created. From the harmless Biquinho from Brazil, through the famous Jalapeño from Mexico or the dreaded Bhut Jolokia from India to the ruthless Carolina Reaper from the United States of America. Of these, 20 varieties are used in the production of spicy products and around 500 make up the “Garden of Fire” .
Ingredients: Green Peppers, Habanero, Onion, Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, English Sauce and Spices.
We make this sauce with inspiration from traditional Mexican recipes.
Chipotle is characterised by its smoky chilli flavour. Excellent when combined with grilled food, but with universal use for those who love the barbeque flavour.
