Vinification:
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Very gentle pressing of whole desengadas grapes. Long clarification with cold. Fermentation in used barrels of French oak of 400 liters. Stage in these barrels for 9 months with bâtonnage on total lees. Internship of 9 months in bottle.
