Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Very gentle pressing of whole desengadas grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vat followed by stage in used barrels of 225 liters of French oak for 24 months. During the internship, 10% of Alvarinho was added. Internship of 1 year in bottle in order to fully harmonize the fruity part of wine with wood.
