White wine made from the selection of the three best white varieties in the Region: Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. Alvarinho transmits structure and body, loureiro aromatic intensity and inside out acidity and minerality.
Tasting Notes:
Citrus aroma with strong floral and mineral presence laded by mentholated notes. Light and fresh mouth, full of minerality and structure. Persistent and crystalline finish.

Vinification:
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Total desengace. Gentle pressing of the whole grape. Extreme clarification of the must by cold. Long fermentation at low temperature: 12-16ºC. Minimum stage of 3 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
