Wine made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety exclusively from Quinta da Torre in Monção. This wine expresses the potential of the sub-region and its queen variety as well as the study of this fermented and aged barrica variety. This wine comes then from Quinta da Torre where we were able to do a differentiated work in relation to the diversity of soils that exist on the site.
Tasting Notes:
Very delicate floral aroma typical of grapes from Monção wrapped in austere minerality. It also has a very evident citrus fruit accompanied with a slight caramel. In the mouth it shows a sharp acidity with great freshness. Fruity notes along with wood nuances and the slight noble bitterness typical of the grape variety. Persistent and elegant.

Vinification:
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Very gentle pressing of whole desengadas grapes. Long clarification with cold. Fermentation in used barrels of French oak of 400 liters. Stage in these barrels for 9 months with bâtonnage on total lees. Internship of 9 months in bottle.
