Vinification:
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Pelicular maceration followed by fermentation with the films for a few hours. Finishes fermentation in used barrels of 400 liters of French oak. In the same barrels suffers bâtonnage for 9 months on total lees. 12-month bottle internship.
